Pro-Israel adult film producer faces boycott after signing name on IDF missile destined for Gaza

A pro-Israel adult film producer has come under fire by pro-Palestinian porn stars after he tweeted an image of an IDF missile that he had signed. The development comes after Israel declared war following Hamas' surprise attack against the Jewish state on October 7.

Michael Lucas, 51, made his comments on X after Jake Shields — a former UFC fighter — wrote: "The IDF is writing my name and others who are speaking out against their evils on missiles[.] This is a clear threat to our lives and on missile I'm being forced to pay for with my tax dollars."

Lucas commented on Shields' post, writing: "Hahaha I actually asked to write my name. Got a pic before and after. Did you get them too? Amazing difference!"

A photo of a missile was also posted, which had "From Michael Lucas to Gaza" scrawled on it in red.

It did not take long before there was an onslaught of criticism directed toward Lucas.

Iranian-American porn star Shahrokh Mosavinejad took to X to blast Lucas for his comments, writing: "20,000 Palestinians killed in #Gaza @MichaelLucasNYC and anyone who thinks writing notes on missiles is some kind of sick flex is an accessory to murder and genocide of innocent #Palestinian civilians in my book. #boycottmichaellucas #boycottLucasEntertainment."

Mosavinejad's profile notes that he is "proud to be Iranian," even though pornography — his profession — is illegal in Iran. But Mosavinejad was not the only one to voice his opinion on the matter.

Kyle Overton, whose porn name is Sean Xavier, wrote on X: “I don’t want to draw more attention to the post; I find it both saddening and reprehensible. For those that are inquiring, I will no longer be promoting my work with that studio, nor accepting future offers to work with them."

Lucas has long been a supporter of Israel, producing "Men of Israel," which was the first major adult film to feature an all Jewish cast, according to the New York Post.

When the Post reached out for comment, Lucas said: “The people trying to cancel me are nothing but vile antisemites. There is no other explanation for such hate for Israelis and such support for people who would murder Jews and gays in the most barbaric ways. I am not intimidated by this and I won’t delete the tweet no matter how many threats I continue to receive."

Lucas has not gone without his supporters. A group of IDF soldiers shared their support on Instagram for Lucas, saying: “Michael Lucas, thank you very much for the amazing night we had last night and you for your generosity. We love you. Thank you very much."
