Fox News and host Tucker Carlson are parting ways. His final show has already aired, according to the network, several outlets report.
Fox News released a statement saying that “FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor."
"Mr. Carlson's last program was Friday April 21st. Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named," the statement continued.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez claimed just a day before that Carlson was spreading misinformation and violent rhetoric.
"When you look what Tucker Carlson and some of these other folks on Fox News do, it is very, very clearly incitement of violence," she told MSNBC's Jen Psaki.
"Very clearly incitement of violence, and that is the line that I think we have to be willing to contend with," she added.
