Florida woman faces felony for smearing dog feces in 76-year-old's face, police report claims

A Florida woman was arrested and will face felony charges after she allegedly shoved an open bag of dog feces in an elderly man's face.

In Pinellas County, Florida, 28-year-old female Kali Robertson was allegedly engaged in a confrontation with a 76--year-old male. The incident reportedly occurred around 8:30 a.m. when police responded to a call from a mobile home park.

According to a copy of the police report obtained by the Smoking Gun, "the defendant became upset with the victim, who would always speak with her while she walked her dog."

Then "the defendant took an unsecured bag of dog feces and pushed it into the face of the victim leaving feces smeared on his face and the bag on the ground at the location," the report continued.

"The bag matched those in the defendant's possession and she ultimately admitted to the battery. The victim is older than 65 years of age," the affidavit added before noting that the victim was 76 years old.

Robertson was charged with "battery on a person 65 years of age or older," while the report also indicated that there were no drugs, alcohol, or mental illness involved.

Robertson was listed at approximately 5'6, 185 pounds.

The suspect pleaded not guilty to a third-degree felony, and she was later released on a $2,500 bond.

The incident took place at a trailer park in Pinellas Park, Florida, just north of St. Petersburg. The city has approximately 50,000 residents, while the trailer park includes about 120 mobile homes.

Strangely, a similar crime occurred in the very same county in 2020.

According to the New York Daily News, a woman was charged with domestic battery when she allegedly "repeatedly hit" her fiancé and "smeared dog feces" in his face.

The woman, who was 42 years old at the time, later "spontaneously admitted to deputies" that she did indeed smear dog feces in the face of the victim.

This altercation took place in a residential neighborhood.
