Before SNL alum Joe Piscopo runs for governor he should definitely edit his website
June 01, 2017
Comedian and talk show host Joe Piscopo has a very special website that “The Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson” guys had fun reading on Thursday’s show.
The “Saturday Night Live” alum, who has recently made headlines for planning to run in the New Jersey governor’s race, has a typo-filled, oddly worded website that was either created poorly and cheaply or is a brilliant parody. Doc Thompson and the guys looked at the site’s About page, which explains that “if you need to listen to a radio show during your morning commute, you should try and have a listen” to Piscopo’s radio program.
Brad Staggs’ theory was that a 7-year-old had written the copy, while Kal Elsebai thought the person who put together the website must have learned English as a second language. “’He’s worked in many aspects of the entertainment history,’” Brad read another example from the website.
“Did Trump write this for him?” Doc asked about the strangely awkward wording.
To see more from Doc, visit his channel on TheBlaze and listen live to “The Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson” weekdays 6–9 a.m. ET, only on TheBlaze Radio Network.
