Charles Krauthammer: Not repealing Obamacare would be 'ultimate betrayal of the electorate

Political commentator Charles Krauthammer has said that the biggest betrayal of the conservative voter might come in the form of not repealing Obamacare. After railing against the healthcare law since its passage, GOP leaders finally have the opportunity to replace it with something of their own design.
