From the days of Bill Clinton’s administration when then-press secretary Mike McCurry had the White House press briefing regularly televised, reporters have been trying to get a clip of themselves on television asking the same questions repeatedly. CNN's Jim Acosta has taken this to a new art form, according to Chris Salcedo.
Acosta has made something of a name for himself not only with press secretary Sean Spicer, but even other newscasters, as demonstrated on “The Chris Salcedo Show” today. The CNN reporter, who has tweeted selfies and pictures of his socks from the White House press room, asked Sean Spicer repeatedly at a recent briefing, “Why not turn the cameras on, Sean?”
Chris asked, “Doesn’t he sound like a three year old?”
