Ted Cruz's performance at CNN town hall debate reminds party why he should have been president

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) was Pat and Jeffy's ideal presidential candidate for an obvious reason: his economic policy and desire for a flat tax. Sadly, his performance at a recent CNN town hall debate had many dreaming of what could have been had he landed in the Oval Office. It's no secret how much Pat loves what Cruz stands for and it was a bitter moment for many conservatives who watched Cruz debate Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.).

Pat laments -- as many probably did while watching the debate -- where the economy might be at this point if only he'd gotten his wish...
