LEAKED: Audio caught RACIST mayor calling a black boy awful names

On Tuesday's "Louder with Crowder" episode, Dave Landau filled in for Steven Crowder. He discussed a story involving leaked audio of Los Angeles City Council member Mayor Nury Martinez making racist remarks.

In the audio clip, Martinez reduces a black child in attendance at an MLK parade to the likeness of an "accessory" or a handbag.
