International airport will fine airlines $3500 for each unvaccinated passenger

Flights to the country of Ghana were put on pause recently due to the widespread concern about passengers not being vaccinated. With over 30 million, roughly 5 percent of Ghana's population remains unvaccinated. Ghana International Airport announced it will fine airlines $3,500 for every passenger flown into the country unvaccinated.
