Chick-fil-A went WOKE and WRECKED itself

Chick-fil-A is notorious for being closed on Sundays for religious reasons, but it seems its priorities may have changed.

The company has adopted the slogan "Better at Together" and has written on its website that “Chick-fil-A, Inc.’s commitment to being Better At Together means embedding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in everything we do.”

Chad Prather, while not surprised by any large corporations bending the knee to the woke mob, is not amused.

“Truett Cathy is rolling over in his grave at this point,” said Prather.

“This is not the company that he founded. That’s not the company that he started,” he continued.

Prather plays a clip of the Chick-fil-A’s founder’s son shining the shoes of a black man on a stage.

The clip captures Dan Cathy, former CEO of Chick-fil-A, saying, “There’s a time in which we need to have, you know, some personal action here,” and proceeds to shine the shoes of Lecrae Moore, a black, Christian rapper.

“Chick-fil-A, they were closed on Sunday. They were a value-driven company,” Prather comments.

The fast-food giant opted out of making what could potentially be billions of dollars by closing its doors on Sundays.

“That’s the one day you crave it is on Sunday, and they decided they were going to be closed. And that’s their values, and they built a business model off of that,” he adds.

“But all of a sudden, you’re going to change that messaging and say, ‘Oh no, we’re going to go out and we’re going to pander to everybody,'” Prather continues.

“I can’t respect that dude.”
