'There's no way that all of this happens within the FBI and DOJ and the Biden administration is not even told about it'
On "The News & Why It Matters," BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales and guests discussed some interesting new revelations about the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump's Florida home.
According to memos reviewed by Just the News, the Biden White House worked directly with the FBI, DOJ, and National Archives to instigate the criminal probe into Trump's alleged mishandling of classified documents as early as April, long before professing to have no prior knowledge of the raid on Mar-a-Lago earlier this month.
As award-winning investigative journalist John Solomon details, the memos show back-and-forth conversations between then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su, the Justice Department, and the National Archives, beginning just after "15 boxes of classified and other materials were voluntarily returned" from Trump's estate in April.
"By May, Su conveyed to the Archives that President Joe Biden would not object to waiving his predecessor's claims to executive privilege, a decision that opened the door for DOJ to get a grand jury to issue a subpoena compelling Trump to turn over any remaining materials he possessed from his presidency," Solomon reported.
"Anyone who is not living in Trump-Derangement-Syndrome World pretty much knew from the onset that this had to have been signed off by the Biden administration, or that they had to be complicit with it in one way or the other, because this is obviously unprecedented," Sara asserted. "Look at how many other presidents have done the exact same thing. They can declassify whatever they want. They can take whatever documents ... and it was never a problem before. Now, all of a sudden, it's a problem with Trump. There's no way that all of this happens within the FBI and the DOJ and the Biden administration is not even told about it."
"[The raid happens] 90 days from midterm elections. Donald Trump has not announced his candidacy. And yet we're supposed to believe that all of those are just completely coincidental things, not ... related to one another in this weaponizing of a government agency against a political opponent," she added.
