Playboy's decision to feature French transgender model, Ines Rau, has raised some eyebrows, to say the least.
The 26-year-old French model told Playboy magazine, "It's the most beautiful compliment I've ever received." Rau says she's a fierce advocate for the LGBTQ community and the environment.
“I will always fight for LGBTQ rights and women’s rights, but above everything else, my cause is the environment. Nothing touches me more than fighting against global warming. I was made to fight for the planet—the forest, the animals, the air. If I get famous, that’s my first battle,” Rau told Playboy.

Today, Pat discussed the decision to feature the model -- which he believes, had to have been sanctioned by the late Hugh Hefner -- and questioned whether or not there's a market for this sort of thing.
