DOUBLE STANDARDS: HuffPost blasts pro-Trump art as 'ridiculous,' conveniently forgets years of fawning over Obama-art

Legitimate artists couldn't possibly produce pro-Trump art, could they?

On Tuesday's radio program, Glenn Beck and Stu Burguiere discuss a recent Huffington Post article, titled, "Are Ridiculous Pro-Trump Drawings Art?" As the title suggests, the "group of editors and reporters from HuffPost's culture and politics teams" bashed any artwork that praises President Donald Trump, calling it "ridiculous," "amateur," or " just outright propaganda," while legitimizing "famous artists" who criticize his administration.

"So the premise of this article is, if you don't like Trump, you're a respected artist. But if you do like Trump ... you're not doing art, you're doing drawings," said Glenn.

Glenn and Stu noted several now-famous paintings of former President Barack Obama looking saintly or Christ-like, such as "Obama and the Tree of Knowledge," the Hope poster, or Michael D'Antuono's painting of Obama wearing a crown of thorns.
