Well this is embarrassing. Earlier today, I wrote a story that was supposed to focus on Glenn Beck's and Rush Limbaugh's responses to the flag incident out in California. I intended the title to read: "Rush and Beck Outraged by Boy's Flag Incident: 'Why Is It That the Offended Always Win?"
Unfortunately, I misspelled the word "flag" -- I left out the "L." Many of you readers, thankfully, wrote frantically to make me aware of the error. When I did notice it, I changed it. But that doesn't make it any less embarrassing.
In those e-mails, some of you asked about spell check. We do have it here, but unfortunately "flag" without the "L" is still a word. I wish it wasn't.
I'm sure some of you got quite a chuckle at my expense, and I suppose I deserve that. If any of you were offended, I apologize, and please understand it was unintentional.
Thanks for being loyal readers.
