MSNBC Host Labels Congressman a 'Tax Criminal' for Sleeping in Office

According to MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell (and at least one concerned organization), Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, is trying to game the IRS by sleeping on a couch in his congressional office.
During an interview Wednesday evening, O'Donnell labeled Chaffetz a "tax criminal" for not reporting his congressional quarters on his taxes.
Perhaps O'Donnell missed his calling as a bloodthirsty IRS auditor?
