Tim Pawlenty was widely criticized for seemingly backing down on his criticism of Mitt Romney during the New Hampshire GOP debate this week. When pressed by CNN moderator John King, Pawlenty backed away from connecting Romney's Massachusetts health care program to President Obama's unpopular "ObamaCare" program, characterizing it as "ObamneyCare."
Today, Pawlenty acknowledged missing the opportunity to distance himself from Romney during the debate in a tweet that suggests he's sticking by his original critique and not backing down:
