Man Arrested for Hurling Toilet At Buddy's House After Prolonged Beer Run

I looked out my window and this guy was smashing a toilet against my neighbor's front door.

Police in Hudson, Florida, did not find it amusing when a 46-year-old man threw a toilet at his buddy's house for taking too long to return from beer run. Kenneth Stuck was arrested for throwing the toilet and other appliances being stored outside the friend's home during renovations, a rampage that cost approximately $500 in damage:

"The rampage began when Kenneth Stuck, 46, and Grady Miles, 44, ran out of alcohol after drinking beer in the front yard of Miles' home in Hudson, Fla., located approximately 45 miles north of St. Petersburg. Stuck reportedly gave Miles $6 to buy more beer, and Miles left for the store on a bicycle.

A witness told police that Stuck started pacing in front of the house, then picked up a toilet that was in the yard and heaved it at the home."

The St. Petersburg Times reported one that neighbor, who is the uncle of Miles, witnessed the scene and said:

"I looked out my window and this guy was smashing a toilet against my neighbor's front door."

Stuck was arrested Sunday on a charge of criminal mischief and was taken to a local jail, where he remained Monday in lieu of $150 bail.
