Nearly all of Ron Paul's speech at the "Values Voter Summit" in Washington, D.C, on Friday was about how his political philosophy is 100 percent in sync with the teachings of the Bible.
He said the "Golden Rule" should be the foundation of foreign policy and that after the Jews left Egypt in the Old Testament, they didn't want higher taxes.
In keeping with his strict libertarian views, Paul said morality "of the people" should be embedded in law, but that law "can never change the morality of the people."
