Guess who has jumped on board with progressives' favorite new Senate candidate?
According to this fundraiser invitation (via Politico), billionaire financier George Soros has joined up with Massachusetts' Elizabeth Warren, the Democrat hoping to unseat Republican Scott Brown. For a measly few thousand dollars, supporters can lend their support to Ms. Warren's campaign:
Ben Smith also points out that this event will also include New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman who will introduce Warren. The event will be held at the home of former NY Lieutenant Governor candidate Dennis Mehiel, located on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Yep, this event just has "hick" written alllll over it.
