"African American's for Mitt Romney" started on Facebook in late January. About 130 people "like" it so far.
The group's creator is Jason Cruger, a college student. "I think more people of my race should be Republican because I believe the Republican Party has been looking out for Black people a whole lot," he told BET.
From the group's description:
This page is to gather African-American support Mitt Romney for President of the United States in 2012.Mitt, like his father George before him, was Governor in a time where the economy was doing poorly, and black unemployment was high. He believes unemployment of any race is unacceptable.
