Biden Delivers Another Screaming Speech: 'We Inherited a God-Awful Situation!

Somebody really needs to make sure Jo Biden is okay. After delivering an almost-scary, angry rant during a speech in Ohio on Wednesday, the vice president took to screaming again during a campaign stop on Thursday.
Biden got fired up when he started talking about the economy, shouting "We inherited a God-awful situation!"
