KAREN NUSSBAUM: She visited Cuba under an SDS project organized by Dohrn in 1969. Today, Nussbaum is executive director of the AFL-CIO’s Working America subsidiary, reporting to union chief Richard Trumka in her efforts to “offer our support and encouragement to Occupy Wall Street’s message.”
