Paul Ryan hasn't received debate advice from Sarah Palin

During an interview with Bloomberg TV this morning, Paul Ryan said Sarah Palin hasn't offered him any personal tips to prepare for his debate with Vice President Joe Biden.

“No, I haven't. I don't really know her," Ryan said. "I met her once a few years ago. I haven't really given a thought of what I would do differently. What I plan on doing is offering our alternatives, showing what we believe, how we're going to do things differently so the country has a very clear choice to make.”

Palin famously faced off against Biden when both were vying for the vice presidency in 2008. The debate was widely seen as a shining moment for Palin in an often rocky campaign.
