Ann Coulter: Liberals Pretend to Care About Bullying, But Are 'Biggest Bullies

Ann Coulter's nonexistent ability to mince words once more graced Fox News this morning when the controversial conservative columnist was invited to address a recent retweet by Hollywood actress and Obama campaign co-chair Eva Longoria.

The tweet, which read, "I have no idea why any woman/minority can vote for Romney. You have to be stupid to vote for such a racist/misogynistic twat," had prompted outcries against Longoria by conservative bloggers. Longoria, however, seemed to have absolutely no knowledge of ever retweeting it.

"Is anyone else's Twitter bugging out? There are things in my timeline I didn't retweet today," Longoria posted. The denial convinced precisely no one, however, with many observers (including at least one liberal) calling for Longia's resignation.

The hosts on Fox News also laughed off this latter reaction, likening it to Anthony Weiner's attempt to distance himself from the lewd tweets that ended his congressional career. Coulter, however, ever the former prosecutor, went straight for the jugular.

"Liberals are - repeatedly - they pretend they're against bullying. They're always the biggest bullies of all," Coulter said. "They disagree with someone and their instant reaction is, well, if you're a public figure, to investigate your personal life and find out if you're into S&M, and if you're not a public figure, just to call you names, as happened here."

This is not the first time Coulter has blasted Hollywood celebrities. Last week, in the wake of an ad from Moveon.org that featured actresses such as Scarlett Johansson and Longoria herself, Coulter blasted the actresses as know-nothings. TheBlaze reported at the time:

 “Just the idea of actresses putting together a political ad like this, it’s like listening to trust fund babies,” Coulter said on Fox News’ “Hannity” on Monday. “The reason you have the ability to put this ad together is because of nothing you have done yourself. Completely unearned, God gave you the gift of genetic beauty and nothing between your ears.”[...]

“The general idea of air-headed actresses trying to persuade independent voters that Republicans are the ones who are going to be soft on rape,” Coulter said, continuing, “The party that defends John Edwards, Bill Clinton, Dominic Strauss-Kahn and meanwhile, you have these honorable and decent men in the case of Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney.”
