A would-be picture perfect marriage proposal took a turn for the wetter when a gigantic wave swept the couple off their feet.
It happened at the tidepools in Laguna Beach, Calif.: a man got down on one knee, pulled out the ring box, then bam -- wipeout. The couple was swept back onto the sand, soaking wet, but judging from their kiss at the end, it appeared she said yes.
Equally impressive: the ring wasn't lost in the surf.
The proposal actually took place in December, but only made waves (yes) on the Internet this week.
