Report: Investigators Knew of 'Suspect #2' Tuesday and Have Pic of Him Putting Backpack Down Next to 8-Year-Old Bombing Victim

Fox News' Rick Leventhal on Thursday reported that law enforcement officials knew about "Suspect #2" as early as Tuesday. Further, investigators reportedly have a photo of the suspect putting down a backpack right next to 8-year-old victim Martin Richard.

The FBI has not released the alleged photo.
