Associated Press may take legal action against DOJ

Associated Press lawyer David Schulz is considering legal action after it was reported that the Department of Justice last year secretly seized phone records of the AP staffers.

From the Washington Post:

We’re either going to have to go to court or we’re going to have to have the Justice Department acknowledge problems or have Congress step in,” says Schulz. Whatever the case, he says, “We’re not going to go away.”
