Syria spurs CNN to move up 'Crossfire' launch

Politico Playbook reports:

Because of all the pivotal news, CNN is moving up the debut date for the revived “Crossfire” (from the right: Newt Gingrich and S.E. Cupp; from the left: Stephanie Cutter and Van Jones). Now will launch Monday, Sept. 9 -- a week ahead of the original plan. Airs weeknights at 6:30 p.m. and 2 a.m.
