She's no longer a member of the current administration and she hasn't announced any plans to run for office in 2016, but that isn't stopping the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from dropping her name in hopes of raising funds for the party.
Mrs. Clinton will celebrate her 66th birthday on October 26 and to mark the occasion, the DCCC emailed its supporters with an opportunity for them to donate to Democrats' House campaigns. ABC News' Rick Klein summed up the political logic behind the email campaign this way:
when you can't get Hillary to raise $ for you... raise money by saying you want to wish Hillary a happy birthday. Clever, DCCC.

Although Clinton hasn't been pursuing any of her own political ambitions lately (not in the public spotlight, anyway), she has been out on the gubernatorial campaign trail for former DNC chair Terry McAuliffe in Virginia.
