Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) said Friday that Valerie Jarrett, senior advisor to President Barack Obama, appears to be influencing nearly every policy issue at the White House.
“She seems to have her tentacles into every issue and every topic,” Chaffetz said, speaking on conservative talk show host Laura Ingraham's show, according to The Hill. “Her name ultimately always comes up.”

The statement came after Ingraham suggested the glitch-ridden healthcare.gov website contract might have been awarded to a company close to Obama's inner-circle instead of a contractor most qualified for the job.
Ingraham then added that "all roads lead back to [Jarrett]" and that she was involved in "meetings as this thing was being formulated."
Chaffetz later said it was Congress' role to investigate who in the administration selected the contractors.
