Beck Issues Dire Iraq Prediction on 'Hannity': 'This Is the Beginning, I Fear, of What's Going to be Spiraling All Around the World

"Nature abhors a vacuum and we have left a vacuum around the world."

Multi-media personality Glenn Beck issued a dire prediction about Iraq Thursday night, revealing during a "Hannity" appearance that he fears the worst is yet to come.

"This is the beginning, I fear, of what's going to be spiraling all around the world," Beck told host Sean Hannity. "Nature abhors a vacuum and we have left a vacuum around the world."

The comment comes as the security situation in Iraq quickly deteriorates, with large swaths of the embattled country now controlled by a deadly Al Qaeda affiliated extremist group.

"I can't imagine how I'd feel if I had lost a son or I lost a limb and it spiraled into this," Beck said.

The radio talk show host, however, said he doesn't believe the U.S. has the resources to stabilize Iraq.

"You know what, we don't have the resources to deal with it anymore," Beck said. "We should have gone in after September 11, taken care of the bad guys, killed them, not rebuilt them. I think it's real hubris to think we can bring Democracy and peace to a region that doesn't understand it, doesn't want it."

"Freedom is something I really truly believe that you have to earn," he continued.

In part two of Beck's interview with Hannity, the two discussed the current state of education in America and Beck's upcoming "We Will Not Conform" screening.
