Notice anything different about Glenn Beck this week?

Glenn Beck jokingly ridiculed his wife last year when she accidentally flushed her wedding ring down the toilet right before their anniversary celebration, forcing them to "[dig] up the ground and [cut] pipes" on their property.

"Some people can hold onto their rings," he told her on his radio program. "Some of them don't drop it in the toilet when they go pee-pee in the potty."

On Thursday, Beck's radio co-hosts, Pat Gray and Stu Burguiere, noticed something different about Beck's left hand: it appeared to be ring-less. The two said commenters have been asking all week whether Beck is still married, since his ring was gone and he frequently mentioned how his wife was "out of town."

Beck reassured everyone he is still married, but confessed that he also lost his ring.

"I actually have two wedding rings..." he explained. "One is my skinny ring, one is my fat ring. When my wife married me, I was fat. And as you know, I've lost quite a bit of weight."

"Is that an excuse?" Gray asked.

"No, it's not," Beck said, continuing his narrative. "I took it off in the makeup room, like two or three weeks ago, and then I put it down on the counter, and then I picked it up. And for some reason, I put it in my pocket and not back on. I don't know what I did!"

Burguiere joked that there has been some speculation around the office about the timing of Beck's ring going missing, saying it strangely coincided with his wife being out of town.

"You said you were 'more than friends' with Rabbi Kula, and you were hugging," Burguiere added. "Look -- we all know there is no criticism here..."

"All right. I have the hots for the liberal middle-aged rabbi from the Upper West Side of the Manhattan," Beck laughed. "We got a thing."

"Now, for informational purposes only, is there a reward if someone were to find it?" Jeff Fisher, better known as "Jeffy," interjected.

"Just for informational purposes," Beck retorted, "is there a big, fat greasy probably prison-sentence-in-his-future kind of guy that might work here, that might have seen a wedding ring in the make up room?"

"Possible something might have happened..." Fisher responded.
