Watch How Hillary Responds When MSNBC Reporter Confronts Her With Iran Questions After Briefing
July 14, 2015
"I asked her that question several times today."
An MSNBC reporter confronted Hillary Clinton with questions on Iran following a briefing she had — and the Democratic presidential contender failed to answer each and every one of them.
The exchange occurred on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., just hours after a historic nuclear deal with Iran was announced.
"Secretary Clinton, any takeaways from your briefing on Iran?" the reporter asked.
"It was an excellent briefing, thank you," Clinton said.
The reporter then pressed the Democratic candidate multiple times for specifics, but Clinton ignored her questions and kept walking with a smile.
The reporter said she asked Clinton "a number of times" whether or not she supports the deal, but got a "similar response."
"I asked her that question several times today. She wouldn't answer that question," the reporter said.
Earlier, Clinton had said the deal was an "important step for putting a lid on Iran's nuclear program," but suggested she would have more after "being briefed."
