See Reaction of Little Girl With Brain Tumor When She Realizes Who ‘Just Wanted to Call & Say Hello’

A 6-year-old girl with an inoperable brain tumor received a very special phone call this week.

Footage uploaded to YouTube Friday shows Avery Huffman react in astonishment when Kristen Bell, the actress who played Princess Anna in "Frozen," called to pass along a message.

"Hi Avery, this is Princess Anna from Arendelle. I just wanted to call and say hello, so, hello! I hope you're having a great day," Bell said.

Huffman was diagnosed with an inoperable cancerous brain tumor on June 30. Bell called to tell her that she had "decided to crown" her an "honorary princess" because she's "been so brave."

"I think you'll make a great princess," she said over the phone. "Well, I got to go build a snowman with my friend Olaf now!"

Video of Huffman reacting to the phone call has amassed nearly 200,000 views on YouTube.
