August 20, 2015
He's been the most requested celebrity through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
WWE legend John Cena has personally granted 500 "Make-A-Wish" requests for terminally ill children, making him the second-most charitable athlete ever.
According to reports, Cena is the most requested celebrity from children through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Cena has also helped WWE raise more than $1.5 million while partnering with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure to raise money and awareness for breast cancer.

Portuguese soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo topped the list for the amount of money he's donated to charity, including the more than $83,000 he donated to a 10-year-old who needed brain surgery.
Tennis star Serena Williams came in third-place for the most charitable stars.
See what other celebrities have been big givers here.
Incredible. @JohnCena @WWE just granted another Make-A-Wish for a child. Has granted close to 500 wishes personally.
