The United States is full of interesting and inspiring people working to make a positive difference in unusual places or ways, far from the glare of the media spotlight.

They are the subject of “The Heart of America,” a new short video series from TheBlaze Documentary Films.

The 2015 NFL regular season kicks off Thursday night when the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots host the Pittsburgh Steelers. But before they can tee the ball up, another team in a small Ohio town has to make it by hand first.

This the story of 130 people in the Wilson Football Factory whose hard work will play a crucial role in every NFL game this season.
