Roger Ailes' days as head of Fox News could be numbered, according to a report by New York Magazine.
Rupert Murdoch and his two sons, Lachlan and James Murdoch, have reportedly agreed to ask the 76-year-old Fox News chief to resign or face being fired.

Following sexual harassment allegations made by former Fox host Gretchen Carlson, the network hired a New York City law firm to conduct a review of the matter — and after its initial findings, the Murdochs have reportedly reached the conclusion that Ailes must go, the magazine said.
Since Carlson filed suit, more women have come forward also alleging they were sexually harassed by Ailes.
Interviews with present and past employees are taking place at the law firm's Manhattan offices, according to the magazine. The publication reported the interviews did not take place at Fox News headquarters, which is also in midtown Manhattan, for fear its offices might be bugged.
Asked about the report Monday, a spokesman for Fox News' parent company, 21st Century Fox, told BuzzFeed, “This matter is not yet resolved and the review is not concluded."
This post has been updated to include a statement from 21st Century Fox.
