Bikini-Clad Police Officer Takes Down Suspect, Posts Photo of the Aftermath

A bikini-clad Swedish police officer has grabbed the attention of the internet after she took a break from sunbathing to take down a pickpocketing suspect.

Mikaela Kellner, an 11-year veteran of the Stockholm Police Department, said she was off-duty sunbathing with friends when she noticed a suspicious man lingering and trying to sell them magazines.

Kellner said she told her friends to “keep an eye on their things” — and it seems her instincts were dead-on. Moments later, one of her friends asked, “Where did my mobile phone go?”

The off-duty cop immediately jumped into action and pursued the suspect wearing only a bikini. It only took about 50 feet for Kellner to catch up to him.

“One of my friends is also a police officer, so we got hold of him. He tried to get away so we held onto him harder,” she told a local publication.

Kellner later posted the now-viral photo of them detaining the suspect on her Instagram account.
