Two hostages have been rescued, and the hostage taker has been arrested
Police have resolved a hostage situation at a UPS facility in Logan Township, New Jersey, near Philadelphia.
The incident was first reported roughly 8:30 a.m. ET as a potential active shooter situation. News video from local outlets shows police officers surrounding the building.
Police told local ABC affiliate WPVI-TV that two female UPS employees were being held hostage. Both women have since been rescued, and the hostage taker has been arrested. One of the two hostages reportedly had a past personal relationship with the hostage taker.
The hostage taker did not surrender, and had to be subdued by police. It is not yet clear what this involved.

In a statement reported by WPVI, UPS said:
UPS is working with law enforcement as they respond to an active shooter situation at one of the company's supply chain processing facilities in Logan Township, New Jersey. We cannot provide information about the identity of people involved at this time.
