Texas mayoral candidate charged with 109 felonies related to mail-in ballot voter fraud

A mayoral candidate of a small town in Texas has been charged with 109 felonies over a fraudulent scheme involving mail-in ballots.

Zul Mirza Mohamed was arrested on Thursday and charged with 25 second-degree felony counts of unlawful possession of ballot or a ballot envelope without the request of a voter, and 84 third-degree felony counts of fraudulent use of mail ballot application.
