Gal Gadot upsets all the right people with uncensored screening of Oct. 7 footage that exposes Hamas' atrocities

Hollywood superstar Gal Gadot will help host uncensored screenings of footage laying bare the atrocities that Hamas committed in its Oct. 7 attack on Israel.

Screenings of the film, which has been titled "Bearing Witness to the October 7th Massacre," will be held in Los Angeles and New York City, according to the Wrap. Hollywood celebrities, journalists, and other influential figures are being invited to attend the events.

The Israel Defense Forces are providing 47-minutes of footage for the private screenings. The Anti-Defamation League and the American Jewish Committee are also helping organize the screenings.

"Gal Gadot and her husband, Yaron Varsano, helped make this possible," said Oscar-winning filmmaker Guy Nattiv, who is helping organize the showcase. "As a filmmaker, I swore that these images of October 7 would not be forgotten, and the world would see them. Because now the denial begins ... we cannot pass by in silence."

The film, Nattiv explained, is "reminiscent of the films created about the Holocaust," and thus it serves to help people not forget the atrocities committed against the Jewish people.

It's not yet clear the exact date of the screenings or who is on the guest lists.

The footage that will be shown is graphic and violent. It was captured by Hamas terrorists and shows them commit rapes, murders, and beheadings.

More from the Wrap:

The footage depicts members of Hamas as they shoot Israeli families and individuals in their homes and set the homes they can’t infiltrate on fire. Other scenes show someone from Hamas standing on a man as he continues to shoot him; another shows the slow decapitation by garden hoe of a Thai worker.

The footage also spares no one. Children and adults are assaulted and attacked, and at one point a young boy asks, “Why am I alive? Why am I alive?” as militants from Hamas go through his refrigerator. His father had been killed by a grenade moments before.

That Gadot would help organize an event like this is not surprising considering that Gadot was born in Israel and she served in the IDF.

But the backlash against her has been fierce. The Quds News Network, a Palestinian "news" organization with connections to Hamas and Islamic terrorism, posted about the screening on social media, generating more than 50 million views and a ton of reaction.

"When we say these are not harmless opinions or individuals or careers to support, we aren’t exaggerating. Gal Gadot is a former IDF soldier using her access in Hollywood to push propaganda for an ongoing genocide," said UCLA professor Nour Joudah.

"Gal Gadot went from 'Imagine' to 'Genocide' pretty quick," said Remi Kanazi, a Palestinian-American poet.

Former porn star Mia Khalifa, meanwhile, told social media that she has "been trying to tell y’all" about Gadot, referring to her past criticism of Gadot in which Khalifa referred to Gadot as "genocide barbie."

To be clear, the footage is not "propaganda." It was captured by video recording devices that Hamas terrorists themselves wore. Viewing the footage, then, serves to remind the world about the danger that Israel and the Jewish people face at the hands of terrorists.

Last week, Knesset members viewed the footage in a closed-door meeting. The footage was so graphic that some members abruptly left the screening while others were left stunned and in tears.
