Joe Rogan eviscerates California Democrats for destroying lives over the pandemic: 'They just bled people out'

Joe Rogan lambasted Democrats in California for shutting down the economy during the pandemic in a tirade on his podcast.

Rogan made the comments while interviewing comedian Gabriel Iglesias about the businesses that had to close permanently over the pandemic.

"Those businesses, I bet all those people got Covid anyway. Everybody got Covid anyway, I bet. And I bet if those people got Covid and recovered, they woulda been safe to run their f***ing store," said Rogan.

"Like, they just took the decision out of people's hands. And it's been proven that it was a disaster, it was a disaster for the economy, it was a disaster for mental health, it was a disaster for people's careers, it was a disaster for people's long-term businesses that they had to close, family businesses, that they had, restaurants for 30 years," he continued.

"Little local neighborhood places that everyone went to," Rogan said. "'Sorry you can't work!' For a year and a half. They just bled people out."

He went on to say that large online outlets succeeded because governments didn't allow people to go patronize small businesses.

"They told people their job was essential or non-essential!" he said with disgust. "Like, who the f*** are you? Yeah, guess what's non-essential? You! You, you f***in' halfwit!"

Rogan famously abandoned California in 2020 and moved to Texas after blistering criticism of the state's high taxes and worsening living standard amidst numerous crises, including homelessness and a crime epidemic.

"Telling people what they can and can't do, based on what? No debating the science of it, no real conversations with experts of disagreeing opinions. It was gross, man," he continued.

"I was happy to get out of there," Rogan concluded.

He went on to mock California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, for defending his policies in what many consider to be a run-up to a presidential campaign.

Rogan is one of the most popular podcasters on the planet.
