San Fran business owner goes ballistic on city leaders after being assaulted by homeless man urinating in street: 'This is f***ing bulls**t'

The owner of a San Francisco sandwich shop is calling out city leaders for not cleaning up the city’s problems with crime and homelessness.

Peterson Harter, owner of Sandy's Muffulettas, confronted a homeless man outside his restaurant this week who was openly urinating in the street. The man responded by sucker-punching him.

"I just got punched in the f***ing face right now by some guy that was pissing on the street — and I'm really f***ing pissed off right now," Harter said in an Instagram video.

The video shows Harter with an abrasion on his forehead and injuries around his eyes.

"I can't believe I live in a city where people can just piss on the street, come punch you in the f***ing face, and get away with it," he said. “The guy ran off. They're probably not going to find him. I'm f***ing fed up with this goddamn city. It's like I can't just be outside and running a f***ing business without getting punched in the goddamn face. So I'm pissed off right now. Really f***ing pissed off."

"This is f***ing bulls**t. It shouldn’t be this way at all. This isn't how our city should be," he went on to say. "At what point is it too much where you can't be on the street and tell some guy to stop f***ing pissing and get hit in the face?"

Harter later told the San Francisco Chronicle that he may consider relocating his restaurant if city leaders do not clean up problems with crime and homelessness.

San Francisco police are investigating, but they have not arrested the perpetrator.

"Officers processed the scene for evidence and authored an incident report. No arrests have been made. This is an open and active investigation," the San Francisco Police Department told KGO-TV.

TheBlaze reached out to Mayor London Breed (D) to ask about Harter's criticism of the city. Her office, however, did not respond.
