Listen: SCOTUS justices have some big decisions to make this term

Gerrymandering, wedding cakes and “constitutionally vague” phrases … looks like the Supreme Court is back in session. This morning, Doc and Kal looked at some of the big issues that will be decided by June.

We’re trying to do our homework so we understand what’s going on before people freak out over the next big SCOTUS ruling. The term that started this week will hold some huge cases, including Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission.

Will the question of Christian bakers finally be resolved? Fingers crossed that SCOTUS keeps ruling in favor of religious freedom.
