Philadelphia requires bias training for 'gayborhood' businesses

The city of Philadelphia recently announced that bars and businesses in the so-called "gayborhood" will have to undergo training to ensure fair business practices and reduce implicit bias. Mike Opelka thinks that while training is reasonable, the municipal recognition of a district specifically for homosexual residents will only serve to further divide Philadelphians on the polarizing political issue of gay rights.
