President Trump stumps smug reporter who called for 'extreme vetting' for gun owners
November 08, 2017
President Trump handled himself well when a reporter attempted a "gotcha moment" at a joint news conference in Seoul, South Korea.
"Uh, you've talked about wanting to put extreme vetting on people trying to come to the United States, but I wonder if you would consider extreme vetting for people trying to buy a gun?" she asked smugly.
By the sound of it, the president felt it was a wildly inappropriate question to ask while in South Korea. Pat also didn't take a liking to what she had to say and called her out on airing America's dirty laundry while overseas. With grace, President Trump thanked the good guy with a gun who neutralized the killer.
