Wisconsin congressional candidate: ‘I stepped up’ because no one else would run against Paul Ryan
September 25, 2017
Author and congressional candidate Paul Nehlen joined “The Morning Blaze with Doc Thompson” to talk about why he’s running again to try to replace House Speaker Paul Ryan in Wisconsin.
Nehlen, who ran against Ryan in the 2016 election and lost, explained that he stepped up because Ryan didn’t have an opponent. On Monday’s show, he detailed what he wants for America: better trade deals and reduced regulations that will let government get out of the way.
"I know how trade works, and passing good legislation or stripping away bad legislation can really allow America to thrive," Nehlen said.
