Disneyland announces inclusive ‘Pride Nite’

In celebration of Pride Month in June, Disney is hosting its first "Pride Nite" at Disneyland in California.

The announcement from Disneyland After Dark came just hours after Ron DeSantis mentioned he would like to build a prison next to Disney World in Florida.

Chad Prather believes it’s the perfect place for a prison.

“That’s exactly where he should build a prison, especially since they charge $240 for a day pass for a 3-year-old. They’re criminals. Absolutely criminals.”

Pride Nite will feature Disney characters in “special attire” with a private party that runs from 9 pm to 1 am.

Prather reads his tweet inspired by Disney’s announcement: “Disneyland is having a Pride Nite for the inclusion of all. Bring your kids to experience the new ‘suck the Dalai Lama tongue’ ride.”

This was of course in reference to the now viral video of the Dalai Lama sticking out his tongue and asking a young boy to suck it in front of a crowd.

“So, basically it’s like going to Disneyland, — but gay,” Prather jokes.

“It begins with a three-hour pre-party mix-in, which could be interesting.”

Prather adds sarcastically that perhaps you could “get your monkey pox vaccine,” while in attendance.

“I’ve been to pride parades,” he says, “they’re not for the kids. Trust me when I tell you, they’re not.”
