AWKWARD: Biden's latest claim about GOP voting earns single embarrassing clap

President Joe Biden claimed Monday, during a speech celebrating Black History Month, that Republicans are "trying to keep the black vote ... from even counting," calling to mind for many the time then-Vice President Biden told an audience that included hundreds of black Americans that GOP economic policies would "put y'all back in chains."

“We're going to keep pushing on this, and we're protecting our country's threshold liberty, the sacred right to vote, which I've never seen is under such attack. You know, it's always made it harder for blacks to vote but this is trying to be able to figure out how to keep the black vote, when it occurs, from even counting,” Biden claimed, earning an embarrassing lack of applause.

On “The Rubin Report” Tuesday, BlazeTV host Dave Rubin shared a clip of Biden telling this latest lie about Republican voting legislation and the horribly awkward clapping that followed.
