Bill Maher’s explanation of 'what this country is' is so spot-on even Candace Owens can’t help but laugh
October 30, 2023
Bill Maher doesn’t always hit the nail on the head, but when he does, it’s usually funny. During a recent episode of “Club Random with Bill Maher,” Candace Owens couldn’t help but laugh at Maher’s description of "what this country is."
“This country reminds me of like a medieval European country where a 5-year-old ascends to the throne and inherits it,” Maher explained, “and so all the courtiers have to pretend that whatever brain fart that comes out of the mouth of this 5-year-old toddler is something that we have to take seriously and treat as valid and debatable.”
“That was a very incredible analogy,” laughs Candace in agreement; although she does admit that there are people in pockets of the country who still have their wits about them.
“You don’t see that stuff in Tennessee,” she said.
